Meet Emma Kurzyca, Client Success Manager

Tell us about your role at VC Innovations – what do you actually do, and what’s the best part of it?

As our Client Success Manager, I am responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and successful delivery of client contracts and projects. A key part of my role is to build and maintain strong relationships by serving as the client’s main point of contact throughout.

What’s one unexpected skill (or completely random talent) you have that helps you at work?

One unexpected skill that helps me at work is my ability to stay extremely organised while juggling multiple projects at once. I have a strong attention to detail, which means I can manage many clients’ needs simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks. It’s a surprisingly handy skill that keeps everything running smoothly, even during the busiest event periods.

Explain ‘What VC Innovations does?’ – in 15 words or less.

We bring the industry together to spark meaningful connections and create lasting impact.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I’m very lucky that I already get to work with all teams, gaining insight into how marketing, content, operations, and sales collaborate to deliver a seamless client experience. With this in mind, I’d love to swap roles with my rockstar colleague Aasiya in operations to support the logistical delivery of one of our many events.

Would you describe yourself as an AI expert, dabbler, or Sceptic?

I’d describe myself as an AI dabbler, it’s a powerful tool to have at our fingertips, and something I’m increasingly incorporating into my work and day-to-day life.

AI + Me: How do you use AI in your role?

I mainly use AI to tweak and refine emails, as well as to streamline more manual tasks like organising data.

Biggest win, biggest lesson, or funniest career fail – what’s something that’s shaped how you work today?

Working in a fast-paced industry like events has taught me the importance of thinking ahead, staying calm under pressure, and embracing new challenges and last-minute changes.
